Starting his career with Impact Fitness, a personal training management company, Eric quickly rose to the rank of Master Personal Trainer. His journey in the fitness world led him to specialize in red light therapy, an area where he has developed extensive expertise. For the past nine years, Eric's family has been at the forefront of producing cutting-edge red light therapy devices, setting new standards in the field.

At Red Light Day Spa, Eric combines his deep understanding of fitness and wellness with the latest advancements in red light therapy. His center is dedicated to offering state-of-the-art treatments that promote cellular rejuvenation, pain relief, and overall well-being. Ruth Cervantes

Family Nurse Practitioner, FNP-BC

Ruth Cervantes, a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and expert Botox injector, brings extensive knowledge and experience to Red Light Day Spa in San Jose, CA. She completed her advanced practice degree from a prestigious institution, ensuring a strong foundation in clinical skills and patient care. Board-certified and licensed, Ruth is dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate healthcare.

At Red Light Day Spa, Ruth offers a wide range of services, including health assessments, acute and chronic illness management, and preventive care. Specializing in family medicine, her areas of expertise include diabetes management, hypertension, women’s health, and pediatric care. Ruth's holistic approach addresses the physical, emotional, and psychological aspects of her patients’ health.

In addition to her medical practice, Ruth excels in Botox injections, delivering natural-looking results that boost confidence. Known for her patient-centered approach, Ruth takes the time to listen, educate, and involve patients in their care plans, building strong, trusting relationships.

Laurel Simoni

Certified Massage Therapist

Laurel Simoni, a massage therapist with over 23 years of experience, is the owner of Diamond Armor Wellness, LLC, which she opened in June 2023. Laurel provided massage and bodywork to Google employees for 19 years, amassing over 25,000 hours of massage. Her passion for helping clients lower stress and live pain-free lives stems from her personal experience with congenital hip dysplasia and a hip replacement.

Laurel graduated from Trinity Massage School in 2001 and has completed over 1,000 hours of advanced training. She holds certifications from the National Certification Board for Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) and the California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC), and is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).

Her extensive training includes Deep Tissue Massage, Acupressure, Reflexology, Sports Massage, Shiatsu Massage, Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Thai Massage, Morales Method®, Neural Reset Therapy®, Rossiter System®, TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises), and advanced Myofascial Release Approach® (MFR) techniques.

Dr. Daniel Erdman

Medical Director, MD

Daniel E. Erdman, M.D. is the founder and medical director of Prime Time of Life, a concierge medical practice offering personalized medicine services with a focus on science based anti-aging medicine.

Dan was born and raised in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Prior to attending medical school, he graduated with honors with a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. He then worked for seven years as an engineer for Mobil Oil Corporation.

After deciding to pursue a career in medicine, he attended Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he received his M.D. degree in 1988.

Following graduation from medical school, Dr. Erdman completed seven years of post-graduate medical training including a one-year medical/surgical internship at Harbor/UCLA Medical Center in Torrance, California, a four-year residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, followed by a two-year fellowship in Neuroradiology at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Erdman is board certified by the American Board of Radiology and is a Senior Member of the American Society of Neuroradiology.

After a 23 year career in radiology, Dr. Erdman has shifted his area of interest and specialization to anti-aging medicine. As a member of both the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and the Age Management Medicine Group, the two largest professional societies dedicated to the advancement of anti-aging medicine and the education of anti-aging physicians, he has received extensive training in the latest breakthroughs in this relatively new and rapidly evolving field of medicine.Dr. Erdman is personally dedicated to optimizing your health and vitality as well as maximizing your longevity!
